XF-A5S 2024 Multi-applications XRF

XF-A5S X-ray fluorescence spectrometers is a new upgraded optical path spectrometers launched by CFAN Instrument in 2024, which can be widely used in the precious metal industry, electroplating industry, gemstone industry and other industries. The product features a customized Si-PIN detector imported from the US, a built-in ten-core CPU computer, and supports the Smart FP algorithm. Additionally, it innovatively applies CFAN’s second-generation X-ray and visible light co-focused vertical optical path, which enables the detection of smaller actual irradiation focal spots. Meanwhile, it supports precious metal composition analysis, gemstone composition analysis, coating thickness analysis, ion concentration analysis, etc. They offer fast detection speed, good test stability, high accuracy, and excellent cost performance.
